Bright and crisp, generously hopped West Coast Pale with a clean, dry finish. Cascade is the lead hop, while Chinook brings balancing bitterness. Centennial and a touch of Citra add notes of pine and resin, providing a satisfying bitter bite on the finish.
Malt grist: Maris Otter and Extra Pale malt provide a round, smooth malt base. Crystal malts add a hint of malt spice, while Munich and Carafa malts bring colour and a touch of sweetness.
