Wimbledon Brewery is Recruiting a Brewer
Since launching in 2015, The Wimbledon Brewery has quickly established itself
as a producer of award-winning beers including International Brewing Awards and World Beer Awards gold medals.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Brewer, the Brewer will be expected to have a good knowledge of the brewing process. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Wort Production on a 50hl Brew Kit.
- Cellaring, including CIPs, Tank Actions, Quality Checks, and Yeast Management.
- Packaging, including Kegging, Cask Washing and Racking, and Canning.
- Stock Control and Inventory Management.
- Ensuring adherence to our Statutory Obligations, HACCP Plan, Quality Management System and Health & Safety Procedures.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of brewing experience with a professional Brewing Qualification or willing to work towards one.
- Attention to detail and practical mindset.
- Basic Lab Skills.
- A passion for beer and the development of new beers.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritise, adapt to changing situations and stay focused on objectives.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 25kg repeatedly.
- Forklift license or willing to work towards one.
- Basic Engineering knowledge / experience is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

Wimbledon Brewery is Recruiting a Brewery Driver
Location: Wimbledon Brewery SW19
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Brewery Driver to join our small brewery team. Whilst previous brewery experience is a plus, what really matters is enthusiasm, energy, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work as part of small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver brewery products to customers on scheduled routes
- Ensure accurate delivery of orders, including checking stock and paperwork
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicles
- Follow all road safety regulations and company driving standards
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and stock organisation when needed
- Collection of empty casks and kegs
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and represent the brewery in a professional manner
- Report any delivery issues, vehicle faults, or customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Clean or near clean Valid UK driving licence
- Previous delivery driving experience (hospitality or beverage distribution an advantage, but not essential
- Forklift licence (not mandatory) - training will be given
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., kegs, casks)
- Good communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions
- Early morning starts or flexible delivery schedules
- Physical work involving loading/unloading
