1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in mainland UK. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, or outside the UK. If you need an international order, please contact us.

2. Minimum order value

Our minimum order value is £23.50. Orders below this value cannot be processed and you will be prompted at checkout to add further items.

3. Delivery charges

Our delivery charges are:

  • Standard UK delivery — £4.00 per order.
  • Local delivery to postcodes SW19 and SW20 — free of charge.
  • Collection from the brewery — free of charge. Collection is available during the published shop and taproom opening hours.
  • We reserve the right to increase charges when necessary.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order based on our inability to delivery.

4. Shop and taproom opening hours

Collection and in-person purchases are available during our opening hours:

  • Shop: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 17:30.
  • Taproom: Saturday, 11:00 – 16:00.
  • Friday evening and Saturday taproom hours may extend seasonally — please check the website for the latest hours.

5. Delivery timescales

Standard UK orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days of the order being placed. Estimated total delivery time is three to five working days. Local SW19/SW20 deliveries are typically fulfilled within two working days.

Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, or over a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day.

6. Age verification on delivery

All alcohol deliveries are subject to Challenge 25. The recipient must be aged 18 or over and present to accept the delivery. The courier will request valid photo ID if the recipient appears to be under 25.

Accepted forms of ID:

  • UK photocard driving licence;
  • UK or EU passport;
  • PASS-approved proof-of-age card.

Alcohol will not be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in any unattended location. If no suitable adult is available to accept the delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or return the order to us. If the order is returned to us because the recipient could not be age-verified or no adult was present, we may deduct any reasonable delivery costs before refunding.

7. Tracking and delivery confirmation

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order has been sent. Please make sure the email address and phone number on your order are correct so the courier can contact you.

8. Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within five working days of dispatch, please contact us using the details in Section 5 so we can investigate with the courier. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be raised within 14 days of the dispatch date. Please keep all packaging and take photographs of any damaged goods so we can investigate quickly.

9. Collection

If you have chosen the free collection option at checkout, you will receive an email to say your order is confirmed. Your order is ready to collect (apart from orders for polypins – please call the office on 020 3674 9786 to arrange collection day). Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID. Someone aged 18 or over must collect the order — we will request photo ID if the person collecting appears to be under 25.

Please note we are a busy working brewery during the day and we operate machinery on site. Do not walk around the site unattended. If you cannot find anyone to help with your query, please ring the work telephone number and someone will get back to you. We apologise for any inconvenience but we must keep visitors safe. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you do not adhere to this request. (Children must be accompanied at all times when on our premises).
