Copper Red Ale showcases the best of the English and American brewing traditions. Maris Otter malt couples with Red Rye, providing a rich body, caramel notes and a touch of spice. English hops offer soft, balancing bitterness, while generous dry hopping with Mosaic hops provides bursts of citrus, floral and tropical notes.
