For our Marzen, we chose Light Munich and German Pilsner malts as the base. Dark Munich malts bring a rich, biscuity body. Three noble hops, Mittelfruh, Tettnang and Mandarina Bavaria, provide floral notes and a stroke of citrus. Four weeks of lagering clean up the flavour profile, allowing for a crisp, dry finish.

Our cask ales are available in a 10 litre (18 pint) or 20 litre (36 pint) polypin. The beer is ready to serve, just keep cool. Beer selection subject to availability.
We are unable to DELIVER polypins because they don’t like being bounced around in the vans for half a day. We want you to enjoy your beer in premium condition.
THIS IS A FRESH CASK ALE. IT HAS 10 DAYS ON IT AND SHOULD BE USED WITHIN 2 DAYS ONCE OPENED.
To keep in top condition, keep cool. Once opened use immediately. No additional equipment needed. Please recycle your polypin and cardboard box.
