A soft and fruity modern Wheat Beer (5.0% ABV). Using 40% Wheat Malt in the grist, overlaying Mandarina Bavaria and Tradition hops. The beer then underwent a natural secondary fermentation using fresh wort, in a process called Krausening. This traditional German method provides Wheat beers their iconic pillowy foam.
